Each ring is custom made to order.
Standard custom orders: approximately 5–12 weeks from the date of order.
One-of-a-kind or complex designs: approximately 5–15 weeks, depending on design complexity and workshop schedule.
These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on design approval, production volume, or material availability. AJT Jewellery will keep you updated throughout the process.
All orders are shipped via Express Service Couriers within Australia and international couriers for overseas clients.
Tracking numbers are provided for every shipment once dispatched.
All deliveries are insured and require a signature upon delivery for your protection.
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule. AJT Jewellery is not responsible for any courier delays, customs processing times, or international regulations beyond our control.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, parcel weight, and insurance value.

Once your jewellery has been completed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and courier details, allowing you to follow your order every step of the way.
