1. Custom Orders — No Refunds or Change of Mind
All jewellery is custom made to order. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be cancelled, altered, or refunded. Deposits and payments are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or other personal circumstances.
2. Quality Guarantee & Manufacturing Defects
We guarantee all merchandise to be free from manufacturing defects. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. AJT Jewellery will inspect the item and, at our discretion, repair or remake the piece. Any shipping costs or associated charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Ring Size Responsibility
Please ensure the ring size provided is accurate. If the incorrect size is ordered, AJT Jewellery and www.ajtofficial.com will not be held responsible. A new ring will need to be made at the purchaser’s full cost, including shipping. No credit or refund will be issued for sizing errors.
4. Refunds & Shipping Charges
We only refund shipping charges if:
The incorrect item was sent, or
The item received was defective and verified by AJT Jewellery.
Refunds will not be granted if an order is cancelled, production is delayed, or the customer changes their mind. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale.
5. Apparel
All apparel sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for apparel items due to change of mind, sizing, or preference.
6. Third-Party Purchases
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or warranty claims for items not purchased directly through this website.
